Turm Tower

To bring some pizzazz to a tired part of Germany, artist Lars Behrendt has designed the colorful Lotto-Turm tower made from 55 recycled shipping containers. The concept project, inspired in part by the lottery, is designed for the Oesterreichische Platz in Stuttgart, Germany.
