Violence in Northern Ireland

The attacks have been splashed across the front pages of British papers for the last several days.

The Monday night attack in Craigavon was perpetrated by a different group than that on Saturday, which was claimed by a group called Real IRA. Officials think the two groups may be intertwined, however.

On Monday night, a police constable was shot in the back of the head by a group calling itself the Continuity IRA. Here, police forensic teams look for evidence.
